Dip Ingredients
16 oz aged cheddar cheese, grated
7.5 oz pumpkin puree
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
⅛ tsp ground clove
⅛ tsp ground allspice
Dip Technique
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth
- Transfer to a storage container and refrigerate
- Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving to bring to room temperature.
- Garnish with ground cinnamon and chopped candied ginger
- Serve with warm, crusty bread, crackers, and St. Francis Chardonnay
