Picture yourself savoring a meticulously crafted five-course menu by Executive Chef Peter Janiak, showcasing the freshest local ingredients against our picturesque vineyards and the majestic Mayacamas Mountains. Each course is expertly paired with our award-winning wines, served in elegant stemware traditional to each varietal. Our knowledgeable wine educators will guide you through this culinary adventure, highlighting the intrinsic relationship between our wines and Sonoma County’s best foods.
