This spring, St. Francis Winery & Vineyards is proud to be the Official Wine Partner of the Golden State Storm, the Bay Area’s first-ever women’s professional tackle football team. As part of the partnership, we are bringing the wines of Sonoma Valley directly to Laney Field in Oakland for three home games — and we are making it an experience worth showing up for.
Women’s professional football is fast, physical, and absolutely electrifying to watch. The Golden State Storm compete in both tackle and flag football as part of the Women’s National Football Conference (WNFC) — the fastest growing women’s football league in the world. These are world-class athletes competing at the highest level, and as the Storm take the field for their inaugural season, Laney Field is set to be one of the most exciting new venues in the Bay Area this spring.
And now, you can enjoy it all with a glass of St. Francis in hand.
Before the game or at halftime, stop by the St. Francis booth in the fan zone to taste a selection of our award-winning Sonoma Valley wines. Prefer to sip from your seat? Grab a glass of St. Francis at the concession stand and settle in for the action. Either way, great wine and great football are waiting for you.
