Established in 2018, our latest vineyard sits just west of Lagomarsino Vineyard on the eastern bank of the Russian River. Nestled among rolling hills and benefiting from cool coastal influences, it epitomizes the ideal environment for nurturing grapes of unmatched quality.
Winemaking
Our Winemaker, Katie Madigan, carefully selects grapes from our esteemed 26-acre Río Este estate vineyard to craft this exceptional Pinot Noir. This wine is a result of her expertise and meticulous attention to detail. Sourced from select clones, including Wädenswil and French clone 828, this Pinot Noir offers a distinctive blend of texture and brightness that truly sets it apart. Each grape is hand-sorted and de-stemmed before undergoing a gentle fermentation process in open-top fermenters. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in premium French oak barrels and meticulously blended to achieve a harmonious expression of the vineyard’s terroir.
