Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma County
Vineyard Sourcing
The fruit for our Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from our estate vineyards in Sonoma Valley and Russian River Valley, along with exceptional growers in Sonoma County’s renowned appellations, including Dry Creek Valley and Alexander Valley. Each meticulously chosen vineyard brings its own unique character, contributing depth, complexity, and balance to the final wine.
Grapes for our Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon are gently de-stemmed and cold-soaked for two days to enhance color and flavor extraction. Fermented in small, separate lots, each component is carefully crafted to showcase its distinct character. The wine is then aged for 15 months in French oak barrels—20% new—before the final blend is assembled, resulting in a richly layered and well-balanced Cabernet Sauvignon.
