Peanut Butter Mousse

Pairs With:

2 cups cream
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup cream cheese, room temperature
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup powdered sugar, sifted


Whip cream until soft peaks form.

In a seperate container whip cream cheese with sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and peanut butter, scrape down twice.

Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture.

Place in refrigerator to chill.
