1 cup cranberry sauce
1 cup fresh pear, peeled, diced small
1 cup mascarpone Italian cream cheese
4 thin slices white bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove the crust from the bread and cut into quarters. Bake the bread until toasted and golden brown. Cool. Mix the cranberry and diced pear together. Place 1 teaspoon of mascarpone on each crostini. Spoon a teaspoon of the pear preserves on top of the mascarpone and serve.
