Makes 12 hors d'oeuvres
12 slices sweet French bread baguette
Premium Olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place bread slices on a cookie sheet. Brush each slice with olive oil and bake for 12 minutes or until lightly golden.
1 Roasted red bell pepper
2 tablespoons Kalamata olive, chopped
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
½ cup chévre goat cheese
Mix together all ingredients. Spread 1 teaspoon goat cheese on each crostini (see above recipe). Place about 1 teaspoon peperonata on each crostini.
